The valve bag has a wide range of applications and can pack various solid materials in powder or granulate form. The most important feature of the valve bag is the small opening or valve at the corner for filling the material. The inner flap of the valve closes automatically after filling. This prevents the material from leaking and the bag can be closed properly. This shows the great advantage of the valve bag: it prevents the material from escaping and ensures a clean environment as well as the health of the workers. The positive additional effect: the filling material remains clean.
Our valve bags are customised to your filling system and your requirements.
There are two types of valve bags:
Inner valve bags: When the filling material is finished, the material is automatically compressed from the inside via the inner valve opening to close the valve bag.
Outer valve bags: When the filling material is ready, the extended "insertion sleeve" must be folded manually over the outer valve opening.
Valve bags are often used in the following industries:
- Construction industry: For filling building materials such as cement, sand, etc.
- Food industry: Solid foodstuffs such as sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, etc.
- Mineral industry: e.g. garnet, graphite, bentonite, etc.
- Agricultural industry: e.g. seeds, animal feed, fertilisers, etc.
- Chemical industry: Powder and granular materials such as plastic granulate, zinc oxide, etc.
